1. What is Kinboz?

Kinboz is an ecommerce platform that allows you to purchase global products at the ease of few clicks.

2. How do I place an order?

    1. Visit Kinboz website and choose your desired category from available categories.
    2. Find the product you want to buy from your selected category.
    3. Select all fields from the alternatives and add product to your bag.
    4. Apply coupon if you have any or click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
    5. Login or Fill up Billing information if you do not have an account.
    6. Fill up all required information and click on “PLACE ORDER NOW”.
    7. Enter card information and place order.

3. Do you provide home delivery?

Yes, we provide nation-wide home delivery. Our standard delevery time is 14-20 working days.

4. Do you maintain inventory of the products?

No, we don’t store any product. Our products are sourced from global e-commerce platforms.

5. Are the Products Genuine?

Yes, all the products are 100% genuine. The products are directly collected from either brand owners or authorized distributors/resellers. So, there is no chance of customer getting fake or duplicate products.

6. What is the shipping and delivery charge?

Shipping charges for all the products are included in the product price. Additionally, Customer just have to pay extra 50 taka for home delivery inside Dhaka and 100 Taka outside Dhaka.

7. Can I change delivery address after I have placed an order?

Yes, you can. We will inform you after your product arrives at our Bangladesh warehouse from China. If you want to change your delivery address you can change it then. The delivery charge may vary.

8. Which payment methods can I use to buy products from Kinboz?

You can pay using Debit/Credit Card, MFS and Internet Banking. To avail Cash On Delivery an upfront payment of 20% on the total amount must be paid.

9. Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

Customers are notified a day prior from their delivery.
